MCH ceramic Description

MCH is the abbreviation of Metal Ceramics Heater, which means metal ceramic heating element. MCH refers to a ceramic heating body formed by printing metal tungsten or molybdenum-manganese paste on a ceramic casting blank, hot pressing and laminating, and then sintering ceramic and metal together under the protection of 1600 ℃ hydrogen atmosphere. Corrosion, high temperature resistance, long life, high efficiency and energy saving, uniform temperature, good thermal conductivity, fast thermal compensation speed, etc.

MCH Heater Features

Notes:

1.heating plate temperature control use, long-term work must be within the rated voltage, temperature control less than 500 degrees

2.Avoid hot and cold. Sharp temperature difference can cause the heating plate to expand and damage the tungsten wire heating layer

3.the installation pressure is less than 2kg/cm2, it is recommended to use a special stainless steel circlip, or elastic pressure

4.The lead is best  connected with a high temperature resistant wire

5.The connection of the heating body lead is not waterproof. Avoid contact with liquids.
