Preparation before installation
Environmental assessment: Understand the liquid properties of the use environment in detail to ensure that it is consistent with the application scope of PVDF plastic floating ball. At the same time, measure the size of the liquid storage container, determine the highest and lowest positions of the liquid level, and determine the installation height and connection mode of the floating ball accordingly.
Product inspection: carefully check the appearance of the floating ball to see if there is any damage problem. Manually test the flexibility of the connection parts to ensure that the floating ball can float freely without external force and the internal structure is free from jamming.
Installation process
Threaded connection and installation: If the floating ball is equipped with a threaded interface, align it with the threaded interface reserved by the equipment, and slowly tighten it clockwise. Pay attention to winding a raw material belt or installing a sealing gasket at the interface to prevent liquid leakage. After installation, ensure that the floating ball can freely rise and fall in the direction of liquid level change without being hindered by surrounding components.
Connecting and installing the connecting rod: pass one end of the connecting rod through the connecting hole or clamping groove of the floating ball and firmly fix it with screws, buckles and other accessories. Then connect the other end of the connecting rod with the corresponding mounting bracket on the equipment, and adjust the length of the connecting rod so that the liquid level control device can be triggered to open when the floating ball is at the lowest liquid level; When the floating ball rises to the highest liquid level, the control device closes accurately. During installation, ensure that the connecting rod is vertical and free to move.

Product Uses

Civil life:
Household water tank and solar water heater: the floating ball is linked with the valve. When the water level reaches the set height, the floating ball drives the valve to close and stop the water inflow; When the water level drops, the valve is reopened to replenish water to avoid water overflow or dry burning.
Toilet water tank: the float ball controls the water inlet valve. When the water level in the water tank is low, the water inlet valve will be closed after the water level reaches the preset position, so as to ensure that the water tank can be automatically filled with appropriate water after flushing.
Industrial production:
All kinds of liquid storage tanks: the floating ball level gauge can monitor the liquid level in the tank in real time and transmit it to the control system through mechanical or electronic signals, and give an alarm when the liquid level is too high or too low to ensure production safety.
Sewage treatment: In the sedimentation tank, regulating tank and other facilities, the floating ball is used to monitor the liquid level and control the start and stop of the drainage pump to ensure the stable operation of the sewage treatment process.
