1/2NPT threaded stainless steel braided wire thermocouple is a temperature sensor specially designed for high-precision temperature measurement.
The unique feature is that it adopts 1/2NPT threaded interface, which is convenient for stable installation on various devices.

1.First, find a suitable installation position on the measured object to ensure that the position can truly reflect the temperature of the measured medium.
2.Then, align the thermocouple with 1/2NPT thread to the mounting hole and rotate it clockwise until it is tightened to ensure that the thermocouple is in close contact with the measured object.
3.Finally, connect the terminal of thermocouple with the corresponding interface of matching temperature display instrument or control system correctly, and be careful not to connect the positive and negative poles reversely.
Daily maintenance:
Check the appearance of thermocouple regularly to see if the stainless steel braided wire is damaged and the threaded joint is loose. If the braided wire is found to be damaged, the thermocouple should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy and anti-interference performance; For loose threads, re-tighten them. When used in harsh environments such as high temperature and high corrosiveness, the inspection frequency should be increased.
