Product Introduction

Band heater can be made of stainless steel, ceramic, copper, aluminium, which can hold different heating temperature.These tubes are filled with magnesium oxide (MgO) powder, which is then compacted to enable faster and more efficient heat transfer.

Hot runner coil heaters undergo an annealing process to achieve malleability, allowing them to be bent into any desired shape. Additionally, injection molding coil heaters equipped with thermocouples are also available.

Its advantages and features:
1. High heat transfer efficiency: The heater is directly attached to the heated object (such as the metal cylinder wall), reducing heat loss caused by air gaps. The heat utilization rate can reach over 85%, and it can quickly raise the target temperature.
2. Excellent energy efficiency: Due to low heat loss, compared to traditional far-infrared heating or hot air heating, under the same heating requirements, it can reduce electricity consumption, and the long-term usage cost is lower.
3. Precise temperature control: Most belt-type heaters can integrate thermocouples, which can provide real-time feedback on the heating temperature. Combined with the temperature control system, the temperature fluctuation can be controlled within ±1ºC, meeting the requirements of precision processing (such as the melt temperature control for plastic injection molding).
