Preparation before installation
Confirm the liquid level range: according to the highest and lowest water levels of the water tank and pool, determine the installation height of the floating ball to ensure that its tail connecting rod or interface can freely expand and contract when the liquid level changes without shielding.
Check media compatibility: confirm the temperature and pH of the liquid in the use environment to prevent the plastic material from being damaged.
Installation and fixation
For the connecting rod floating ball: fix the tail connecting rod on the bracket on the inner wall of the equipment through buckles or screws, and adjust the length of the connecting rod, so that when the head of the floating ball is completely immersed in the liquid, it just triggers the control module.
For the interface type floating ball: it is connected with valves, switches and other components through the tail threaded interface, and then the whole device is installed in the installation position reserved for the equipment to ensure that the floating ball can float freely up and down with the liquid level without jamming.

Product Uses

Civil life:
Household water tank and solar water heater: the floating ball is linked with the valve. When the water level reaches the set height, the floating ball drives the valve to close and stop the water inflow; When the water level drops, the valve is reopened to replenish water to avoid water overflow or dry burning.
Toilet water tank: the float ball controls the water inlet valve.
