The thermocouple adopts hoop design, which can be fixed on the surface of the measured object such as pipeline through stainless steel hoop, without welding, and is convenient to install. The diameter of stainless steel hoop can be selected, which can meet the measurement requirements of pipelines with different diameters and is suitable for temperature measurement of pipeline wall in natural gas, petrochemical industry, power station and other industries.

Installation:

according to the diameter of the pipeline to be measured, choose the stainless steel hoop with appropriate diameter. The temperature measuring probe of thermocouple is attached to the surface of the pipeline, and then it is firmly fixed with a hoop to ensure good contact between the probe and the pipeline to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.

Wiring:

according to the type and output mode of thermocouple. If it is a PT100 thermal resistor, there are usually three-wire or four-wire connection modes, so it needs to be connected to the transmitter or other measuring equipment correctly. For the analog output type, the lead wires with corresponding colors should be connected to the corresponding ports. If it is a K-type thermocouple, it should also be connected to an appropriate display instrument, recording instrument or data acquisition system according to its output signal type.

Testing and debugging:

after the installation and wiring are completed, first check whether the wiring is connected correctly, and then power on for testing. Observe whether the temperature value displayed on the measuring equipment is normal. If the data is abnormal, it is necessary to check whether the wiring is loose and the parameter setting is correct, and make timely adjustments.
