select an appropriate installation position on the measured object, which should truly reflect the temperature of the measured medium and avoid installation in areas with uneven temperature distribution or large external interference.
Installation of thermocouple:
Align the thermocouple with M12*1.5 thread with the mounting hole, rotate it clockwise, and slowly screw it into the screw hole until it is tightened. Then, adjust the stainless steel Bayonet Compression Spring to make it closely fit the surface of the measured object to ensure good heat conduction between the thermocouple and the measured object. Be careful not to use excessive force during tightening to prevent damage to the screw thread or the internal structure of thermocouple.
Connecting terminal:
Connect the terminal of thermocouple with the corresponding interface of temperature display instrument, data recorder or control system correctly. When connecting, pay attention to distinguish the positive and negative poles, ensure the connection is firm, and avoid virtual connection or short circuit, which will affect the measurement results.
