Product Operate Guide

Selection of installation location:
Select a flat, clean ferromagnetic metal area on the surface of the measured object, which can truly reflect the temperature of the measured medium. Avoid choosing a location with uneven temperature distribution, thermal insulation or large external interference. For example, in pipeline measurement, the parts with stable medium flow rate and no obvious eddy current are preferred; When measuring the equipment shell, avoid the area where oil and dust accumulate. 
Adsorption thermocouple:
Aim the strong magnetic adsorption end of thermocouple at the selected installation position and gently press it to ensure that thermocouple is firmly adsorbed on the metal surface. Pay attention to the direction of thermocouple during adsorption, so as to ensure that the temperature sensing element can fully contact the heat transfer path of the measured object, so as to obtain accurate temperature data. 
Connecting equipment:
According to the type of measuring equipment interface used, select the corresponding K-type U-type interface, PT100 interface and correctly connect the thermocouple with temperature display instrument, data recorder or control system. When connecting, pay attention to distinguish the positive and negative poles of K-type thermocouple and the wiring sequence of PT100 elements to ensure firm connection and avoid virtual connection or short circuit, which will affect the measurement results.
