How to select the correct type of heating tube

1. Remove the wire head and use a screwdriver to remove the contact lug terminal block in the middle
 
2. Pull out the fuse without caliper, and measure the diameter of the porcelain head of the fuse;With caliper,measure the screw diameter of temperature measuring cylinder.
 
3. Determine the screw diameter of the temperature measuring cylinder by the diameter of the fuse head
 
hickness of fuse: 7mm, thickness of temperature measuring cylinder: 10mm,
thickness of fuse: 8mm, thickness of temperature measuring cylinder: 11mm,
thickness of fuse: 10mm, thickness of temperature measuring cylinder: 13mm
 
4. Measure the mutual hole distance between the terminal and the temperature measuring cylinder, and then check the screw diameter of the temperature measuring cylinder. Select the heating tube according to the size.
 
5.Pay attention to the position of the three screws, and refer to the fixed hole spacing.
 
6.Check whether the temperature measuring cylinder is welded in the middle or bottom of the heating tube, and finally check the overall style and size of the heating tube
