Product Introduction
Band heater can be made of stainless steel, ceramic, copper, aluminium, which can hold different heating temperature.These tubes are filled with magnesium oxide (MgO) powder, which is then compacted to enable faster and more efficient heat transfer.
Hot runner coil heaters undergo an annealing process to achieve malleability, allowing them to be bent into any desired shape. Additionally, injection molding coil heaters equipped with thermocouples are also available.

Combined with the temperature control system, the temperature fluctuation can be controlled within ±1ºC, meeting the requirements of precision processing (such as the melt temperature control for plastic injection molding).
