K-type thermocouple is usually used in the thermocouple of the heating core of the welding table, and the temperature is measured by using the tiny voltage generated by the temperature change at the connection point of two different metals. Installation:

 It is usually installed during the production or maintenance of the welding table. Connect the thermocouple to the welding head or the designated position of the heating core correctly to ensure firm connection and good thermal contact with the heating element. At the same time, connect the lead of the thermocouple to the temperature control circuit of the soldering station, and be careful not to connect the positive and negative electrodes reversely.

Calibration:

New or used thermocouples may need calibration. By comparing with the standard thermometer, the temperature calibration parameters of the welding table can be adjusted to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.

Temperature measurement and control:

After the welding platform is electrified, the thermocouple monitors the welding head temperature in real time and transmits the signal to the control system. The user sets the target temperature through the temperature adjusting device of the welding table, and the control system automatically adjusts the power of the heating element according to the temperature signal fed back by the thermocouple, so that the welding head temperature can be stabilized near the set value.
